Warranty & Returns
All Warranties are 1 year return to base.
We offer a simple no-quibble guarantee. We will exchange the goods or refund you. Simply return the item(s) with our post paid returns label in their original condition within 14 days for any reason or within 1 year for warranty repairs and replacements.
This does not cover purchases made on behalf of a business or for resale or where the goods have been made to order.
To return items to us please first contact us via email here. Please include the reason why you wish to return the product, if faulty the nature of the fault as well as your order number and your address including a contact telephone number. We will then process the returns request and issue a RMA number and email a post paid returns label which you need to include on the outside of the parcel/package.
Once you have your RMA number please package the product carefully and attach our freepost label to the outside, enclose a copy of your invoice within the package and obtain a proof of despatch receipt at the post office counter and leave the parcel with them. Hold onto your proof of receipt.
We will also send you an email confirming receipt of your goods when the arrive back here.
We are a web only based business and do not have facilities for customer visits.
