Delayed / Lost Parcels:
Working Days for all options are Monday to Friday
excluding Bank holidays.
Order cut off time is 2.30pm as the couriers and post
office collect around 3.00pm, this allows us enough time to pack the
final orders ready for the day.
Order received after 2.30pm are despatched the
following day. e.g an order placed 02:35pm on a Monday it will leave
Tuesday.

Standard UK Parcel (5 Working days) option
All these items sent via Royal Mail Standard Parcel and
are supposed to be delivered within 5 working days. We have noticed that
around one in a thousand times, a delivery has been attempted, but the
parcel was taken back to a LOCAL ROYAL MAIL DEPOT without being delivered
and no calling card being left at the delivery address to notify you either.
The parcel is held there for up to 15 working days before returning to us.
So, if you have not received your parcel on time , please contact your local
sorting office to enquire about your parcel. It is dispatched from CO7 0PH,
with a postage paid impression: COLCHESTER 23279 and within a brown mail-lite
bubble envelope.

Next Working Day Delivery UK Mainland
All these items sent via
Interlink Express.
On the day of delivery you
will receive an email containing the tracking link and a 1hr
timeslot for your delivery along with a link should you wish to
change the delivery day.
If they have not arrived within the stated time please contact
us at
postroom@faculty-x.net as we will be able to track these for
you. |
If you have received a despatch notification from, this means the
labels are produced and the goods are on this days packing list, all the
systems are interlinked, it happens all at once, one can not happen without
the other.
These will leave via the selected shipping option you selected the
