We offer a simple no-quibble guarantee. We will exchange the goods or refund you. Simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days. This returns guarantee is over and above your statutory rights - as extended by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. To return items to us please first contact us via email here. You need to include the reason why you wish to return the product, if faulty the nature of the fault as well as your order number and your address including a contact telephone number. We will then process the returns request and issue a RMA number which you need to include on the outside of the parcel/package. Once you have your RMA number please package the product carefully, pre-pay the postage costs and put the package in the post. Please use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in the post. We will refund your postage charges if the return is a result of our error. We will send you an email confirming your return instructions when we have processed it.
