Long range USB outdoor directional network adapter
60 degree coverage with range circa 1km in free space, i.e. no obstacles: tress, buildings etc

The Directional panel USB adapter is an outdoor 11b/g USB WiFi dongle incorporated into a directional 12dBi antenna. The unit is weatherproof and comes with a mounting bracket for wall fixing or it can also be pole mounted using a couple of jubilee clips. It comes complete with a 5m USB cable for both USB 1.1 & 2.0

High output power and a high gain 12dBi gives an operating distance of up to 100m.

Supports Windows 98se, XP(32 & 64bit), Me, Vista(32 & 64bit) & 7(32 & 64bit) & Linux kernel 2.6 and above

Since all electronics and the antenna is integrated in one casing, all that remains to be handled by the user is one unit to place outdoors via the supplied 5 metre USB cable.
The unit is fully compatible with other IEEE802.11b/g standard WiFi-products.
