Just plug
the adapter
into the power socket on the wall, and connect
any
Ethernet-equipped device to
the adapter, put another adapter in the location you are trying to reach and
bingo, it then simply converts the network signal to a signal that can be sent
down your electrical wiring and then at the other end converts it back again.
The simplest use is shown below to
connect a pc or consoles etc that can not reach the wireless signal or are not
wireless enabled.
Once your computers
are connected to the network, they can share resources like printers and
storage space, and all kinds of files -- music, digital pictures, and
documents. With up to 85Mbps data rates, you can run streaming video and VoIP
applications..
